Wedding Photographer Serving Nashville, TN

Nashville is a city that photographs well, partly because so many people have worked hard to make it beautiful and partly because the light here — particularly in spring and fall — is genuinely exceptional. The architecture downtown, the tree canopy in the neighborhoods, the venues that have been doing this for decades — it's a strong foundation for wedding photography.

I'm based in Murfreesboro, which means Nashville is a 35-minute drive for me — close enough that I know the city well, far enough that I approach it with attention rather than assumption. I've photographed weddings at venues across Greater Nashville, from downtown historic properties to private estates in the surrounding communities.

My approach doesn't change based on the city. I arrive early, I watch for what's actually happening, and I stay until it's over. What changes is the specific vocabulary of the place — the light, the backdrops, the logistical rhythms — and I come prepared for all of it.
